Standard wallboard or customized wallboard?

A standard wallboard gives you a real-time snapshot on a large screen of the data included in the statistics module of your Zylinc Cloud solution. This can include, for example, the number of calls in queue, average waiting time, agent status, total number of calls, and more.

You receive a URL that you can use to display the wallboard on as many screens as you need. Remote access is also supported for distributed teams, hubs, or call centers across multiple locations.

If the standard wallboard doesn’t meet your needs, we can customize it – for example, to serve different departments, display specific performance metrics, or reflect your brand colors.

As long as the data exists in Zylinc Cloud, you decide what to visualize – and we build the wallboard from the ground up in close collaboration with you.
