In 2026, we are launching an enhancement to our transcription feature – an improvement that allows you to edit conversation summaries and add your own notes, making your documentation even more accurate and valuable. With the new features we are introducing, the supervisor role in Zylinc is receiving a significant upgrade. In this webinar, we will demonstrate how supervisors and agents can collaborate even more closely – supported by intuitive tools, live notifications, and new opportunities for professional guidance.
