Zylinc is an independent Danish software company with over 20 years of experience and more than 2 million users throughout Scandinavia. Technology and security
Zylinc is a trusted technology partner with proven expertise and high standards. We adhere to relevant security and compliance requirements – including ISAE 3000 and 3402 – and collaborate with some of the most highly regulated industries, such as the financial sector.
We focus on what we do best: switchboard, contact center, and related functionality. For everything else, we offer flexible integrations and open APIs, ensuring our solution seamlessly connects with our customers’ existing systems.
When we implement new technologies – like AI – we do so with a clear approach/ follow a clear principle: technology must be proven. Moreover, it should support, not replace, employees, and must be easy to implement and use.

The people behind Zylinc
Zylinc was founded in 2005 by Danish tech entrepreneur René Viborg as a subsidiary of the IT company IntraVision, originally under the name 4IPT.
The goal was to develop and deliver innovative solutions that bring IT and communication together, inspired by the fast-moving world of unified communications.
Today, Zylinc consists of a dedicated team of specialists in development, support, customer success, and product management – all working under one roof. This setup allows for fast decision-making, close collaboration, and a shared commitment to developing solutions that truly make a difference for our customers – and theirs.
