These release notes describe new features, changes, and bug fixes in the Zylinc 6.5u4.17 release.
In cases where the Zylinc product suite is mentioned, information is relevant for all products.
The Zylinc 6.5u4.17 release is a minor release, that is you don't need to upgrade all your modules. Please read release notes for version 6.5:

This release does not include any new features.

Multiple bugs have been fixed from the earlier releases up to the 6.5u4.17 release. We recommend that you look at the bugs created on the Zylinc support system to see in which version the given bug was corrected. All versions of the modules are compatible with earlier versions (if still supported).

Exchange private group member appointments displayed

Users who were part of an Exchange Sync private group did in some scenarios not have their subjects masked as private. This has been corrected. Bug: 30240.

ID lookup didn't search on returned calls

When an agent was in the process of handling a returned call, the ID lookup was not performed, and the agent couldn't look up the inquirer's data. This has been corrected. Bugs: 29236, 29951.

SIP trunk company name setting characters not supported

The Administration Portal SIP trunk configuration page didn't allow some simple characters in the company name setting, which meant that SIP trunk settings couldn't be saved. This has been corrected. Bug: 30196.

Unable to transfer to mobile using shortcut

When using ZyDesk, agents couldn't use the defined shortcut to transfer calls to the mobile phone number of users that they'd selected in the Time component. This has been corrected. Bug: 30241.

Unable to camp calls at a Skype for Business users

When using ZyDesk, agents couldn't camp calls toward Skype for Business users. This has been corrected. Bug: 30213.

Zylinc support for Microsoft products follows Microsoft Product Lifecycle as described here:
Typically, when a Microsoft product has passed “Mainstream Support End Date,” it should no longer be expected to be supported by Zylinc solutions (although exceptions exist). This also includes products that Zylinc does not directly integrate with, such as Microsoft Office Excel, etc. For some Microsoft products, such as Internet Explorer, the End of Support date differs for different operating systems:
In these cases, Zylinc support should no longer be expected when none of the supported operating systems are listed in the Zylinc hardware recommendations.
