VQM agents always logged in
VQM agents can be configured to always be logged in and available to receive calls from the queues that they're members of. You can configure the Always On VQM feature on a per-agent basis in the Agent configuration page in the Administration Portal. When you enable this feature, the VQM agents in question don't need to call the VQM IVR number to log in on the queues. In case of a restart, the Zylinc solution will make sure that all VQM agents, who have the Always On feature enabled, are logged in immediately.
Requires CoreDB database version 18.173, Queue Manager version 6.9.1.18 and Admin Portal version 6.2.230.0.
Support for early media
The Zylinc Media Server now supports SIP messages containing early media, and passes them on to the underlying agent device. This will, for example, solve the issue where an agent dials a number that's not in use, and the telephony provider responds, not with a 404 not found SIP message, but instead with a 183 session in progress response with early media. The early media contains a recorded message that the dialed number is not in use. This will enable the agent to hear the recorded voice message in the early media instead of just hearing a ringback tone that's supposed to indicated that the call will be established. Bug: 30098.
Requires Switch Image aConf version 7.65
Cisco User Proxy joined with Cisco Directory Sync
In the previous release, the Cisco integration consisted of two Zylinc components: the Cisco User Proxy and the Cisco Directory Sync. From release 6.5u4.15, the two components, and their functionalities, are now joined in a new refactored version of the Cisco User Proxy version 2.2.4.

Multiple bugs have been fixed from the earlier releases up to the 6.5u4.15 release. We recommend that you look at the bugs created on the Zylinc support system to see in which version the given bug was corrected. All versions of the modules are compatible with earlier versions (if still supported).
Important bug fixes
Administration Portal
- Fixed issue where remote SIP registrations in the Zylinc Media Server didn't try to reconnect on terminated registration. Now, the default Media Server configuration for SIP registrations, applied by the Administration Portal, lets the Media Server reconnect on terminated registration after 300 seconds. Bug: 30154.
Cisco User Proxy
The Cisco User Proxy have been heavily refactored to correct multiple issues and to ensure more stability.
- Fixed issue where the Cisco presence status was unreliable when interworking with Cisco environments that consisted of a mix of publisher and subscriber providers. Bug: 29638.
- Fixed issue where communication with the Cisco Extended Mobility provider could lead to an indefinite wait for a response. The new version introduces at wait timeout of 90 seconds before continuing.
Forwarding Activity Server v2.0.11.0+ is mandatory.
This module now also incorporates the Cisco Directory Sync. functions.
Forwarding Activity Server
The Forwarding Activity Server has been modified to accompany the changes made in the refactored Cisco User Proxy.
CiscoUserProxy v2.2.4.0+ is mandatory
Client Manager
Fixed performance issue when handling a large amount of VQM agents, which could lead to VQM agent logouts.
Queue Manager
Fixed issue where the Max queue waiting time setting configured on queues was never taken into account if agents were continuously available on the queue, which would happen in scenarios using VQM agents who didn't answer offered calls. The Max queue waiting time setting is now selected before distributing the call to an available agent, and, if the waiting time has exceeded the configured threshold, the call will follow the failover settings applied on the queue.

Zylinc support for Microsoft products follows Microsoft Product Lifecycle as described here:
Typically, when a Microsoft product has passed “Mainstream Support End Date,” it should no longer be expected to be supported by Zylinc solutions (although exceptions exist). This also includes products that Zylinc does not directly integrate with, such as Microsoft Office Excel, etc. For some Microsoft products, such as Internet Explorer, the End of Support date differs for different operating systems:
In these cases, Zylinc support should no longer be expected when none of the supported operating systems are listed in the Zylinc hardware recommendations.
Zylinc support of Cisco call manager follows supports the lifecycle of Cisco, which is described here:
Zylinc support for Avaya Aura follows the Avaya product life cycle which is described here:
