Export report
When you've generated a report in Zylinc Advanced Statistics, you can export it in these formats:
- .csv (file with comma-separated values)
- .xlsx (Microsoft Excel 2010-2013 spreadsheet format)
- .xls (Microsoft Excel 97-2003 spreadsheet format)

-
Click the Export tab at the top of the report page.
-
Select required export format.
If you select one of the Excel formats, you get some options:
-
Include charts
-
Include column descriptions: Column descriptions can make it easier for others to understand the content of data tables. If you include them, they'll appear on a separate sheet in Excel that the report recipients can then use for reference
-
Include groupings: Each time interval grouping that you select for your report (for example Weekday, Time, Date, and Week) will be created on a separate sheet in Excel. This makes it easy to view trends.
-
-
Save the exported report as a file, or send it as an e-mail attachment.
To send the exported report to multiple e-mail recipients, use a comma to separate the e-mail addresses. Alternatively, write each e-mail address on a separate line.

-
In the ribbon in the top of the Advanced Statistics window, click SAVED REPORTS.
-
Click the name of the required report.
-
In the right part of the window, click Execute report to generate the report with its original parameters. You can change parameters like, for example, the period of time that the report covers, if you select the Parameters tab, make your changes, and then click Execute report.
- Select the Export tab, and then follow the procedure described in Export report that you just generated.

If you need a copy of a previously generated report, you can get it this way:
-
In the ribbon in the top of the Advanced Statistics window, click SAVED REPORTS.
-
Click the name of the required report.t.
-
In the right part of the window, click Download historic executions.
-
Find the required version of the report, and click the link in the Download content column.
You can also Schedule report generation and distribution.
