Handle calls in Zylinc Mobile

The way that you handle calls depends on whether you work as an agent or not.

  • If you're not an agent, simply go ahead and answer and make calls on your phone as usual. The great benefit of having Zylinc Mobile is that you get the overview of your colleagues and their status.

When I make an outgoing call, how do I call an extension?Closed On an iPhone, first enter the main number that you want to call. Then tap and hold down the * (asterisk) key until a comma appears. After the comma, enter the extension that you want to call. Now, when you tap the green call button, your call will go straight to the extension. On an Android phone, the process is similar, but after you press the * key you may have to select the comma between other characters.
