View user details

In the User details overview in Zylinc Attendant Console, Contact Center, and Service Center, you can view categorized, detailed information about someone you've selected in the View people, resources, and availability. You can expand or collapse each category if you click it. Some information may be marked as favorite, so that it's always displayed at the top of the User details overview.

If information in the User details overview is underlined, you can perform an action if you double-click it. For example, if you double-click an e-mail address, it opens the Send Message window with the e-mail address already inserted, and if you double-click a department name, it will start a search for other users from that department.

If you view someone's information based on a search, the User details overview shows you which parts of the person's information matched your search. Because you can find people based on information that's normally hidden in the User details overview, you can use this search information to know why someone appears in your search results.
