View hunt groups
Not all organizations use hunt groups. Ask your Zylinc administrator if you're in doubt..

A hunt group distributes incoming calls to a single phone number onwards to a group of multiple phone lines. In other words, a hunt group makes it possible for a group of people (for example people in a sales team) to answer incoming calls to a specific number (the sales team's number).
When someone calls that specific number, the call is routed to an available member of the hunt group. Exactly which hunt group member gets the call, and what happens if all of the hunt group's members are busy, depends on the way in which the hunt group's call routing has been set up.
For example, the hunt group can be set up so that all available group members' phones ring at the same time, in which case the first group member who answers will get the call, or it can be set up to try each group member's phone, one after the other, until some group member answers the call.

If your organization uses hunt groups, the hunt groups overview in Zylinc Attendant Console, Contact Center, and Service Center displays all of your organization's hunt groups and their members.
At the top of the overview, you can select to view either all hunt groups or only the hunt groups that you're member of.
To expand a hunt group and view its members, click the hunt group.
For each hunt group, you can view the hunt group's name, phone number, number of active users, and your own status (if you're a member of the group).
For each member, you can view their status in the hunt group as well as their phone status. If you're a member yourself, you can toggle your status between active and inactive.
