-
Enter keywords rather than questions (queue works better than what is a queue?)
-
If you search for a phrase, put it in quotation marks (like "chat queue")
-
If you don't get the expected results, try variations of your search term – simple variations often work best (like queue instead of enqueueing)
-
Use the search filters
to limit your search to a particular area of interest, like information for administrators, or information about a particular product
-
Check your spelling – we've taken care of common misspellings of often-used words, like agnet (agent) and qeueu (queue), but we can't do that for all words
-
If you search for multiple words (like chat queue), and you deliberately want a broad result that includes either or all words, type OR between the words (chat OR queue)
-
If you want to eliminate certain words in your search (for example if you want to find information about queues, but just not chat queues), type NOT before the word that you don't want (queue NOT chat)
