View hunt group status in Mobile Agent/Operator for iOS

With hunt groups, a defined group of users can handle incoming calls received by an assigned hunt group’s phone number.

Not all organizations use hunt groups. Mobile Agent/Operator hunt group features require a special setup. Ask your Zylinc administrator if you're in doubt.

To view hunt group status, open the menu, and tap Subscriptions.

You can then choose to view all hunt groups, or just the hunt groups that you're a member of.

Active members and the total number of members of the hunt group.
Log in to or out of the hunt group. This option is only available for hunt groups that you're a member of, and it requires a special setup. Ask your Zylinc administrator if you're in doubt.

Tap a hunt group to view its members.

You can then view each member’s hunt group status under their name.
