Our approach to AI? One size doesn’t fit all

AI is often discussed as if every organization should follow the same roadmap. As if everyone should use the same tools in the same way.

Our experience says otherwise.

We use AI every day at Zylinc. Our developers rely on it to write and validate code. Our commercial teams use it as a sparring partner for communication, documentation, and marketing. It helps us get more done, work more efficiently, and spend more time on the work where human experience, judgment, and creativity make the biggest difference.

But we’ve also learned that people adopt new technology in different ways. Some embrace new tools immediately. Others prefer to see practical examples first, build confidence through experience, and understand how AI fits into their daily work. Both approaches are completely natural.

That’s why we invest in building AI skills across the organization. We’ve created an internal learning framework with different maturity levels, along with training programs that help employees develop at a pace that matches their needs and experience. The goal isn’t for everyone to become an AI expert. The goal is for everyone to build the skills that make sense for their role.

We bring that same mindset into our conversations with customers. We don’t believe AI adoption happens because of ambitious strategies alone. It happens through small, everyday wins – when people discover that technology makes a task a little easier, a little faster, or a little more manageable.

That may be the most important lesson AI has taught us so far. Technology doesn’t create value on its own. People do – when they know how to use it well.

That’s why our AI journey never starts with the technology. It starts with people. And perhaps that’s exactly why we believe AI is such a natural fit for the Nordic approach to customer service. AI shouldn’t replace human relationships. It should give us more time and better opportunities to strengthen them.
